                  Orders placed before 11pm AEDT on a business day (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11pm AEDT on a business day, will be dispatched the next day.
                    
                    
                      How is my order shipped?
                    
                    
                  
                  We use Australia Post to ship your orders. All orders from TanTation.Lounge are carefully packed, sealed with love, and then bundled into boxes. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with shipment advice. This, will include the tracking information.
                    
                    
                      Can I track my order?
                    
                    
                  
                  You sure can! Once your order has been processed a shipment advice email will be sent to you. This will include tracking information from Australia Post.

                  Australian Orders: All orders over $80 receive FREE Shipping YAY!
For orders below $80, standard delivery within Australia is $15.00.
International Orders: International orders over $250 (AUD) will receive free standard shipping.
International standard shipping can take anywhere from 7-25 business days.

                      Do you offer refunds?
                    
                    
                  
                  Please be careful when making your purchase as we do not offer refunds. Refunds will only be issued for faulty or broken products. We are happy to offer you an exchange for your purchase. Please email thea.tantationlounge@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery to begin the return process.
Once your return has been received and processed, you will be emailed a unique code to enter at the checkout. Please use this code when purchasing your new garment.
                    
                    
                      How do I return an item?
                    
                    
                  
                  It’s very easy! To begin the return process, simply email thea.tantationlounge@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Your order will need to be posted back to us within 14 days from the original date of receipt. Once we receive the product/s, we will assess that it's in the original condition. As per our returns policy, a credit code will be issued, which can be used at the checkout during your next purchase.
                    
                    
                      Do you cover the returns fee?
                    
                    
                  
                  Please choose carefully as TanTation.Lounge does not cover the return costs of your product/s. Once the item has been returned in its original condition, we will happily provide you with an exchange.
