Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders canceled within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund. 

For cancellations requested after 24 hours of placing the order but before the shipment has been processed, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order total may apply.

Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, you may return the items following our return policy for a refund, excluding shipping costs.

Please note that custom orders or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once the production process has begun.
