Refund policy

Do you offer refunds?
Please be careful when making your purchase as we do not offer refunds. Refunds will only be issued for faulty or broken products.  We are happy to offer you an exchange for your purchase.  Please email admin@tantationlounge.com.au within 3 days of delivery to begin the return process. 

Once your return has been received and processed, you will be emailed a unique code to enter at the checkout. Please use this code when purchasing your new garment.

How do I return an item?
It’s very easy! To begin the return process, simply email admin@tantationlounge.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order. Your order will need to be posted back to us within 14 days from the original date of receipt.  Once we receive the product/s, we will assess that it's in the original condition. As per our returns policy, a credit code will be issued, which can be used at the checkout during your next purchase. 


Does Ashe Australia cover the cost of returns?
Please choose carefully as TanTation.Lounge does not cover the return costs of your product/s.  Once the item has been returned in its original condition, we will happily provide you with an exchange.


Can I cancel/change my order?
Once orders have been placed, we package and dispatch them as soon as possible.  We cannot guarantee that you will be able to change/cancel your order so please email admin@tantationlounge.com.au to discuss changing/cancelling your order ASAP.


Who can I contact if there is an issue with my order?
We’re sorry if there are any hurdles with your order, please email your concerns to our Customer Service team at admin@tantationlounge.com.au and we will respond ASAP.


What happens if I receive an incorrect item?
Oh no! We really hope this never happens.
All orders are triple checked prior to being sent, however if you receive an incorrect item, please email our Customer Service team at admin@tantationlounge.com.au.


What if I receive a faulty item?
We carefully check all products for faults. If you receive a faulty product/s, please email our Customer Service Team at admin@tantationlounge.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order.  We are here to help and will be happy to resolve this problem for you.
